I wonder if poking around websites got me this offer?

In today's mail I got an offer for Disney Rewards Visa, $200 Disney gift card (with $500 purchase); no annual fee.
I have to wonder if all my research online (DCL, WDW, Disney Visa sites) led to me receiving the offer?

As far as I can tell it has the same benefits as the regular offers such as 1% earning on purchases.

I have until Sept. 10 to make up my mind whether to get this or not. In searching past threads I see some spouses both got offers and took advantage of that. The offer we got is addressed to "The XXXX Family".

Must be a mass mailing for people who are Dis-interested. I thought if it was related to constant website research I could tell my sisters to do the same so they could get the offer also.

Does anyone know how easy or not easy it is to actually get this card once you recieve the mailing? I know they do some prequalifying for cards but I wonder if they just mail to whoever? I would think that they wouldn't bother mailing it out to someone if they didn't qualify. Maybe with the no annual fee it is marketed to certain individuals?

I can tell you I wouldn't qualify even if I tried, I couldn't get it with a full time job and stable income, I'm not going to get it now with my credit in dumpster. I personally think Chase is one of harder cc to qualify for.
