It's been a hectic few weeks at work (not so hectic that I can't find time to check on the dis :rolleyes1 ) and I was just thinking that if I were in WDW this would be the point in the day I'd make it over to the people mover, have a seat get a nice breeze and just relax while looking over other parts of the park.

Do you have an attraction you visit when you need a slight recharge?

Whenever I am stressed, I close my eyes and visit my happy place -- sitting in front of the castle, people watching and soaking up Disney:cloud9:

MK - Hall of Presidents
EP - Spaceship Earth. A nice, relaxing, dark air-conditioned ride? Yes, please.
AK - A bench out of the sun, or one of the shows.
HS - One of the shows, or the animation building.

Rockin Roller Coaster.
Also Big Thunder Mountain.
They wash all the troubles away. Those slow rides...eh, too much time to think:goodvibes

I am surprised I am the first to post this by mine is Soarin. Nothing relaxes me more. I love that we stay in the Epcot resorts because I can run over to Epcot atleast once a day to ride it:)

Soarin is a good answer, but I like the people mover and spaceship earth a little bit better because 90% of thetime there's no wait at all, so it's even more relaxing in that regard!

Well when I like to relax at the parks (I don't stress when in WDW;) ) These are my attractions I visit

MK-People Mover
EPCOT- The American Adventure
HS- Animation building
AK- I leave (we dont do much here so when its time to kick back we go somewhere else)

Splash Mountain. The 10 seconds of thrill are nothing compared to the 10 minutes of cuteness. Even listening to the songs relaxes me.

I would say the music box inside of the Main St Station @ MK. It's not a ride, but man, when I drop a quarter in there and sit on a nearby bench...Life is good :)

Wow, i guess i am a little out of the box.. I like CoP. It is long, cool, great seats, gentle rocking motion every 10 or so minutes, generally not busy and a great ride to take a nap on. Just be warned after 2 hrs they will wake you up. Apparently, they need to check that you are still alive every once an a while. :cloud9:

I second Splash Mountain! A rousing chorus of Zippedity Do Da never fails to send us all to that Happy Place.....

I'm with the OP on the People Mover (or TTA ;)). Also, for a more stationary place to relax is near Aloha Isle with a dole whip float. :)

People Mover for me, too. It's one of my favorites! Also IASW, I just relax in the boat, zone out the music and try to spot something I've never noticed before.

Definitely the Peoplemover...I learned in January however, that this is NOT a good attraction to relax on if you also need to get out of the rain...the overhead "roof" does next to nothing to keep away the heavy FL rain!!

Also, Ellen's Energy Adventure in Epcot & the Muppets in the Studios. Air conditioning + lots of bad puns = relaxing and fun.

People Mover and the Railroad in the Magic Kingdom.
The UK gardens and hedge maze in Epcot.
Voyage of the Little Mermaid in HS.
Finding Nemo in AK.
