LOVELY! Just what I needed 3 days before Christmas. Some guy just rearended me on my way home from work. He said his foot slipped off the brake because of his rubber galoshes. Banged my head. Rear end of car will likely need to be replaced. The front end of his Mercedes now looks like an accordian.
When I got out of my car, I accidentally locked the doors with my keys in the ignitian and car still running......grrrrrr. Luckily the tow truck guy came and jimmied my car door open. I guess I should count my lucky stars!
Merry Christmas to me! :rolleyes1

OH MY GOODNESS!!! I really hope you'll be okay and that everything works out alright with the guy. At least he admitted the fault, not everybody is willing to do that.

Oh my!!! In Manitoba it's always the fault of the person doing the rear ending. Kinda sucks when a person cuts in front of you and slams their breaks! I had a guy admit to the cops that he fell asleep and woke up so he slammed on his breaks. So I ended up hitting him. I got 100% fault. *ugh*

I'm so sorry that happened right before Christmas!!!! That really sucks!!!

DS was making a right hand turn, woman slowed down to turn right onto our street, he moved out and she did not turn. She hit him of course and said, oh, I'm so sorry, it's all my fault. Until they went to court, said he turned in front of her. She had time to get advise from others and change her story.

I think in Ontario it is also the fault of the person in the back running into the car in front.

So annoying, I am sorry this happened to you regardless of the time of year. As long as you are safe, really, it's only a car.

Yes..I'm okay thank-you. As for the car...I have 6 weeks to get it repaired because my lease will be up! LOL
