Returning an item and the phone rang and the customer service person picked up the phone and said:

"Good Afternoon, Toys R Us, Where The Magic Is"

After she got off the phone I told her "Walt Disney World is Where The MAGIC Is, Not Toys R Us." She didn't get it.
