I was in a weird mood last night, so I thought I'd be nice to my coworkers

Pam, my family usually know 2 things if I bake 1. It's a holiday/birthday or 2. To leave me alone. But this time I was just in the mood to be nice for a change. So I guess, yes, you might want to quake when that happens.
