I was able to get breakfast at Topolinos for DH and myself

I would like to have pictures with the characters. It’s been very long since we’ve done a character meal. Is there someone to take our picture with the characters?

Each character roams with a handler who guides the characters around, and they are always happy to use your phone/camera.

This was not my experience the day before Thanksgiving. There was no one with the characters so I ended up taking selfies with each of the characters. It could be that this was a weird day (someone didn't show up or something) but I think OP should be prepared, just in case. When I notice this happening at tables close to me, I offer to take the picture for them.

What I did once was I quietly said to the character, "I'd love to have my picture taken with you but I don't have anyone to take it. Do you know anyone?" and the character ran over to a server who gladly came over and took our picture. My guess was that it was a server whom the character knew fairly well and knew they'd be willing. Or you could get lucky, and one time the character took my phone and gave it to a man sitting at a nearby table and motioned for him to come take our picture. His family got the biggest kick out of that! "You'd better not say 'No' to Tigger [I think it was]" After he took our picture and returned to his family, they continued laughing and teasing him. It was obvious that it was a memorable and enjoyable experience for them.

I stand (well, technically sit) corrected!

(Though I can't remember not seeing handlers, and they were definitely present at Crystal Palace a few months ago.)

I just decided to check for our trip next week expecting nothing as I've never been able to snag. Two were available, Tues & Wed. Perfect since we are at POP and transport would be easy. I hesitated and decided to double check the menu. Then the price stared me down and ............... sadly I'll pass. We do have H&V booked, which we have never done. Funny how you want something for years and when it presents itself, I'm long past thinking the price is okay.

Honestly our favorite photos with characters are the selfie ones.
