I was concerned about canceling the last day of our December ressies for fear that would cancel the whole ressie and thus send the rooms off to waitlist land....
But the wonderful CM at MS said I wasnt cancling the day, I was mearly modifying (sp) the ressie so all the other days were safe.... if that makes sense....
I also made our requests uninform.... with all the link ressies and different CM's each reservation had slightly different requests... I took off the non smoking, and changed it to we dont care....... made sure that First floor for medical reasons was on one ressie and both ressies have the request that they be near each other.... Also she put a note in the comment box that if a first floor isnt availble then we need an elevator building....
WHEW!
So now we are all set......
