I'm going to be in Florida in September and really don't want to miss the Singapore Grand Prix that will be one while we're away. I've not missed a race this season! lol. And I'm a girl! haha. I love it!

Does anyone know of anywhere on or off Disney property that will show the race on the Sunday? We're staying on International Drive and our suites have a TV, but I'm not sure if it's cable....

The race would start at 8am Orlando time (1pm UK time).

Many Thanks!

When we were in France I paid for Wifi and watched it on my laptop but you have to pay for Wifi and pay to stream it from certain sites. I am a MASSIVE F1 fan and was happy to pay it but it depends how much you want to watch it.:thumbsup2

we have US cable tv and F1 shows currently on Fox - although its changing back to the Speed channel for the next grand prix onwards. So if you find some sports bar somewhere thats open they should have Speed and it will be on live at 7am on the Sunday morning.

It probably wont be on your hotel cable but you can check.

I hate it when they have the races on Fox. It isn't live, and I can't wait that long to see it! I guess it's part of the deal with Bernie that they have to show it on a network for a few races each year.

Good news is that Speed TV will have it back again live (Speed is owned by same company so you get the same commentators, who I really enjoy. Two Brits and an American - David Hobbs was an F1 driver way back, and Steve Machet was at Bennetton, he was the one that got burnt during that Jos Verstappen accident) The guy that asks the questions at the press conference after each race (Peter Windsor) is the roving reporter on Speed, so he knows everyone. I'm not sure who the American guy is, but he's pretty up on all things F1. The advert breaks are pretty bad though, so long..

I saw this years new BBC coverage when I was over visiting my Mum, must say I like my guys better!

Florida has a big ex-pat community, so I would be surprised if you couldn't find it somewhere in Kissimmee. It is sometimes on hotel cable, but you might want to double check. I know the WDW resorts don't have Speed TV. Has anyone checked out ESPN zone (Boardwalk) for it?

You are just like my DH we will be there then too so we'll miss being able to watch it on the BBC but DH has said he can try to manually record it on the SKY HD box and set it to record weekly before we go;)Hopefully he can watch it when we get home as long as the box doesn't crash again like it has every time we go away:sad2:Other than that I think it will be shown on one of the channels at some point that day may have to check the t.v. guide in the hotel :hug:We'll be out at "Ohana for breakfast that morning it's DS's choice of character breakfasts to meet Stitch and Lilo.
