I Want to Sell Tee-Tee to Other People!!! - July 2013 TR *UPDATE 4/29 pg. 73*

Yeaaaah, the trip has started!! :dance3:

The kids are hilarious, they just add a whole other dimension to the trip, don't they?

I'm surprised you didn't say something to the lady who decided to go all defensive line on your poor SIL.

I have a tendency to get pretty smart mouthed with overtly rude people, it's sad really, it's almost like a reflex, it's as though I have no control!! :rotfl:

I'm so proud of you for sticking with your cardio, girl!! You'll be so grateful for it, trust me when you miss a workout you'll really see how it's saving your hiney from going off the deep end. :rotfl:

So....I said "Woohoo!! I am here!!!" and then?? I forget to subscribe!!! :sad2: Ugh! At least I realized it early!

As usual a perfectly entertaining beginning!! Those little boys are so stinking cute!!! You have arrived!!! Can't wait for more!! :yay:

I HATE traveling my airplane, but reading about your adventures in the airport and on the plane make it sound like it's so fun, haha. It seems like I missed a huge gap in Joaquin's growing up because I'm like, what now? He's old enough to read!!!

Oh No we better go and find them quick.:rotfl2::rotfl2:

Haha! We will just have to see, won't we?

The kids do add a different dimension to the trips for me. Since I don't have kids, I love bringing them along. But.....by the end of the trip, I have to say I'm ready to be kidless. :rotfl:

I glared at the woman. But, I can be very snarky, and I figured it was best in the end not to be too rude. ;)

I am definitely sticking with the cardio. It was a little difficult on this trip, due to the fact that I strained my calf, but I was back on it as soon as we got home.

Sounds like this is going to be a very fun trip report

Thanks! The trip was tons of fun.

I've so done that before! You're right, we weren't too far in, so at least you realized it soon enough.

The boys are tons of fun. I think they'll keep people reading along for sure.

Airplane travel definitely doesn't bother me. I'm just impatient. :lmao: I always try to take note of silly things that happen along the way to make the travel day description more fun.

Believe me, I feel like even I have missed a lot of Joaquin's growth! And I see him all the time. He's five already!

We left off having just landed at the airport. Mom and Dad were going to pick us up.

Or were they?

DUN DUN DUN!!!!!

So we deplaned. Took the fauxnorail over and......did not see Mom and Dad.

I texted Mom.

"You are here right?"

Mom texted back.

"Yes. Waiting in the main area".

They were no where to be seen! Now, we've been to Orlando enough times to know our way around the airport. And Mom and Dad were no where on the side they should have been.

So....we wandered around for a while. And spotted them sitting on the OTHER side. They didn't see them. So we ambushed them with Joaquin. :rolleyes1

Hello's and hugs all around (finally! Seriously, this event felt like it took 20 minutes), we headed out to the car. We all had no luggage as Mom and Dad drove down in the beast (the Armada) and they took all our luggage for us.

Sooner, rather than later, Super Mickey was flying home!!!

In the car, the following, extremely enlightening conversation took place.

Jason to Jeni: How was that Sprite I got you?

Jeni: Good.

Jason: Well it cost $4!!!!

Jeni: Sadly....that didn't make it any Spritier.

Welcome to my world.

Our villa still wasn't ready, so we headed to Hollywood Studios for lunch and a little bit of fun.

Of course, it is the 4th of July and the lot was pretty full. And as per usual, we get directed into a BRAND NEW ROW and are the last car allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll
the way down at the end.

As we are walking down to the tram, Joaquin very seriously notes:

"This is the first time I've been to Disney World WITH THE SUN OUT!!!!!"

Clearly, he forgot that he's been there in October and July previously. Let's just call it a lapse in memory due to the amount of excitement that was coursing through his veins.

Pretty soon, we were on the tram!

Get used to Joaquin. That's a completely normal face for him.

Joaquin wanted Yeti to get in on the action.

On our way in, I had to stop to get my new AP and get Jeni's exchanged for a new RFID one. It made me totally excited!!!!!!! We made quick work of it, and soon we were on our way. I was very amused by the new RFID stations. What can I say. It's easy to please me.

So we're walking into the park. Joaquin is in front of me, holding my hands across his chest. So we're walking and we start playing around, laughing, and I start tickling him. To which he turns around, looks at me seriously and says:

"Awwwwww, you got my jiblets!"

My nephew. Leave it to this child to take something, totally bust you out in public, and make it seem like you're doing something really inappropriate!

We headed towards Pizza Planet, but on the way, Jedi Training was happening. So so we stopped so the kids could see what they were in for later in the week.

The Jedi Master during this training was hysterical! There was one little boy in front that could not figure out how to open his lightsaber for the life of him. Every single time he couldn't open it, the Jedi Master would go "here, take this one", and give him his. This seriously happened like 10 times! I could not stop laughing.

After this, we headed over to Pizza Planet for some lunch. Us and every Brazilian Tour Group in the park. At this point though, it was sweltering and we were starving. So we waited it out. There's no turning back now............

Hahaha!

We waited about 20 minutes or so. Mom and Dad found a table with the kids, which Jason, Jeni, and I waited to get the food.

They had this beauty of a cappuccino cupcake. Which was shared amongst 4 people. This is what happens when you try to eat healthy people!

Obviously we all got pizza. DUH!

The boys were starving!

Jason was demonstrating how you make pizza dough.........

Well, that's at least what we'll say he was doing. I have no idea!

We were being watched over carefully.

Me and momma.

Who knows what our problem is? Sugar high. Disney high. Pizza high. All of the above?

Yeti was full and happy at this point.

Still no text that the room was ready. Where would we go next?

Up next: It went from perfect, to blowed up, to perfect again! It's a trick!

Looks like a great start to a trip, haha minus the being on the wrong side of the terminal!! Glad everyone found each other!!

Aw man, I love that you're all "get used to Joaquin, that's his face" yet your dad is making the same face in that picture!

Yay disney pizza! Yay disney high! Yay disney cupcakes!! HOLY MOLY I CAN'T WAIT!!

Coming along on this too.
Big brother this year is the absolute worst season ever. Racism, homophobia and bullying. It is like watching a train wreck. LOL
I would be excited for that limo too.
The skirt looks like a costume of some kind. She was in the moment and wanted to be fun.
Love the Minions.
LOL at jiblets.
I have yet to step foot inside Pizza Planet. I might need to try it.
All caught up.

Subbing in. Haven't read any of your previous reports but am gonna go back and do so now. Love your families sense of humor and sarcasm. Definitely my style.

I know! They actually ended up at the other terminal thinking that we were going to exit there.

Hahaha! I don't preface my Dad's face anymore, because I feel like everyone is so used to his ridiculousness by now. :lmao:

You're probably crawling out of your skin by now! Aaaaaahhhh! I'm excited for you.

It's definitely been a hot mess of a season, right? Crazy people.

This was the first time in years that we had eaten at Pizza Planet. I figured the boys would like it, which is why I put it on the list this year. It was pretty good, I have to say.

Subbing in. Haven't read any of your previous reports but am gonna go back and do so now. Love your families sense of humor and sarcasm. Definitely my style.

:welcome:

Sarcasm is a language that my family speaks fluently. If that's up your alley, you're in the right place. :lmao:

Yay! :woohoo: You made it into a park and everyone's giblets survived. :lmao:

Love the brazilian tour group picture. I'm sure it felt just like that. :rotfl:

So let's get these kids on a ride already.

Poor kid who couldn't open the light saber.

Hi my wonderful DIS friends!!!!

I'm finally back to start my July 2013 TR. It's taken some time because I had many different people's photos to gather, Photopass to order, and work to get under control.

I have to commit to once a week updates, and on the weekends. That's going to be my dedicated DIS time. Because......

I'm studying for the CPA exam! If anyone is curious, the CPA exam is crazy hard, time consuming, and takes dedication. So over the past month, I've had to get some things organized so I could dedicate my time to this.

Everyone ready?! Hear we gooooooo!!!!

This trip was from 7/4 to 7/14 this year. It was tons of fun. And so there's no confusion, I'll explain my title to you now.

So Joaquin my is my nephew. I'll give you a photo as a point of reference.

If you're new to my family, we're all crazy. And this is the complete norm for our photos. Welcome!

The kiddos call me Tee-Tee. I don't like Aunt Danielle, or anything like that. Makes me feel old. And who wants to feel old? Not this fart!

So one day, we're in the parks, and Joaquin announces in line:

"I want to sell Tee-Tee to OTHER PEOPLE!"

Yes, my nephew apparently has a penchant for human trafficking.

So, this is a TR about my desire to not get sold. :lmao:

Our players? Remember.....we're insane!

My momma, Jackie. She gets very excited at the prospect of Mickey Bars.

My Poppy, or Popadon, or Rickey Bobby, or Rick. Haha. He gets very depressed when he has to ask the question "why is the wine always gone?"

Yeti. He just gets drunk.

Joaquin, my nephew, who does not get excited at the prospect of wearing girly Mickey ears.

Gavin, my other nephew (with Joaquin on the right). Not a fan of being soaked.

Jason, my brother. Loves making model duck faces when he receives margaritas.

Jeni, my sister-in-law. Finds it humorous (as do we), when littles get terrified on rides.

And me, Danielle, your intrepid Trip Reporter. Who, when paired with her father in pictures. Well......

Come along for the ride everyone! I'd love to have you here!

Ok... Laughed out Loud..love the pics.....

I have to clarify this one..... The board said that you would be arriving at the terminal we were waiting...... Blame the board :rotfl2::rotfl2:

Sure sure. Blame it on the board. :rotfl:

Ok... Laughed out Loud..love the pics.....

Glad they gave you a good chuckle. They're a pretty solid indication of how we are as a whole.

Yay! :woohoo: You made it into a park and everyone's giblets survived. :lmao:

Love the brazilian tour group picture. I'm sure it felt just like that. :rotfl:

So let's get these kids on a ride already.

Poor kid who couldn't open the light saber.

Whew. Isn't it great that everyone's jiblets survived!?

That's exactly what it felt like. That picture definitely summed up the tour group situation.

We'll get them to an attraction. Can't guarantee a ride though. ;)

The kid light saber situation just made me laugh so hard. Over and over again:

Here, take this one.

"that didn't make it any Spritier." OMG... :lmao:

Oh wow, you parked in my spot. Seriously, I seem to always be the one to start a new row.

Haha, nice tour group photo. :thumbsup2 That must have been taken when they were spread out a little bit.

I'm not kidding, when Jeni said that, I cracked up like it was the funniest thing I had ever heard. Clearly I am easily amused....

I did park in your spot. What are you gonna do about it?! For real, this entire trip we kept having that happen to us! It became a joke in the end.

Great update! :thumbsup2

Thanks!

Your family cracks me up... :rotfl:

Hahahaha. I'm glad my family can bring some crack up into your life. Imagine living with them......:scared1:

YAY! Off to Disney. I love the Super Mickey your parents have in the car. So cute! And I find it hysterical how you decided to ambush your parents with Joaquin lol

$4 for a Sprite and not much "spritier"? That's a real shame right there ;)

That stinks about being put as the last car in the lot. YAY for trams though and Joaquin kid-isms! :thumbsup2 to the amazing choice in GIF! Is it bad I can hear that minion's voice pitch perfect in my head? Despicable Me

How can you not get excited about the new RFID stations/MyMagic+? They are shaped like Mickey heads! And Joaquin's little comment... I can't. I just... :lmao: This kid. He sure has a way with words. :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Looks like you made great choices at Pizza Planet even when being suffocated by tour groups! The cappucino cupcake looks eerily similar to the Red Velvet Cupcake from Starring Rolls. It must've been good then. And DISNEY PIZZA! :bitelip:

Can't wait to read more! :mickeyjum

I'm determined not to fall behind on this TR since it just started!!!

Ugh I can't believe you restrained your calf! That sounds like something that would happen to me!

Dunkin Donuts coffee it usually good, but sometimes, when they mess it up...ugh, it can be awful! :sad2:

And as per usual, we get directed into a BRAND NEW ROW and are the last car alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll lllllllllllllll
the way down at the end.

HAHAHA!!! OMG story of my life in Disney...seriously, we NEVER get the good, close spaces at the end of the row, we always have to start a new one and walk an extra 5 miles!!!

Yum, Pizza Planet...OMG I'd give anything for Disney pizza right now!!!
