Your weight loss is amazing. Congrats...I am still on my journey to where I want my weight to be. I have had some setbacks but I am back on track. Congrats to you again.I just new it was your dad under that raft. Great trip report, I was sooo in that lazy river with you guys.
Thanks! Keep up on your journey. It took me roughly a year and a half of work to get there. And I still have a bit of work to do. Keeping in mind that it's a lengthy journey with a destination that's worth it helps keep me motivated to keep going. It's what helps me hit the gym, pick the right foods, and just move forward. Setbacks happen (they have to me, trust me), but I don't allow them to debilitate me anymore like they used to. :good vibes
I'm glad you felt "in the river". I think I gave everyone a new perspective on the lazy river.

You look great! Congrats on the persistence! I think the blonde hair suits you better, too.
I hate waiting for tubes, but even more, I hate getting pelted with that cold water from above! I always make my son get out of his tube to steer me away from itWhat are kids for, right?
Too bad for all the lost sunglasses! I hope they get found?
You do a great job of one-handed picture taking!
Thanks! I love my super blonde hair, although I am contemplating a change. I am blonde naturally, so the dark was a bit extreme, even though I loved that too. It was just REALLY difficult to ease out of.
Hahaha, I don't mind being pelted, I just like being dramatic. So surprising, right?

OK, thank you for mentioning this was posted on FB because I honestly was just going to check as I knew I saw it somewhere before. Weight loss is super tough and this is SO GREAT and you deserve a HUGE congtratulations!![]()

No worries, I didn't want anyone on FB with me to think they had lost your mind, so obviously I made the right choice.
It definitely is super tough. It's been a difficult journey, but the results have been obvious and I want to keep it that way.
Of course I'm sure you'd be perfectly happy if the swim up bar only served non alcoholic beverages... right?
Bahahaha, ok, I would never have guessed that was Jeni UNDER the tube. I guess all the water did block her out pretty well though.
I would be happy with a swim up bar anywhere........
No one would have guessed it was her under the tube. She most definitely surprised everyone on that.
I, like you, stick to the cheap sunglasses variety. I'm notorious for losing sunglasses (3 in 2 days one trip) so it just makes financial sense. I sure hope you get back the expensive ones though. Hard to go cheap on prescription glasses.
I do bring a more expensive pair sometimes, but never, ever, ever for the waterparks.
