I want to possibly change my ressie to the Poly

I need help on points and banking.

I am thinking of booking the Polynesian for our upcoming trip in May.

I already have the VWL booked and it was 123 pts.

I banked 96 2007 points into 2008 already.

I have 200 2008 to use as well plus the 96 banked 2007 pts

I need 353 points to book the Poly for the week.

so I can use my 123 points, borrow all 200 pts from next year, and....can I use any of my banked 96 points?? if not I am 30 pts short.

help...can I work this out

No, banking and borrowing transactions are final, you can not "unbank" points.

you can not use your banked 96 points until your 2008 use year. You may try to get a transfer of 30 points on the rent/transfer board. good luck!

thanks guys. I was able to make my Polynesian ressie.

now...they offered Travelguard insurance and said I should consider it since I am spending SOOO many points.

does anyone take the insurance???

So your May trip is in your 2007 use year. You should be able to use banked 2006, current 2007, borrowed 2008. But you banked 2007 into 2008, so they cannot be used. How did you get 353 points to use?
