I want to make this shirt for our cruise......but,

.....the problem is our shirt is black. Could someone please make this design white and just leave a black outline around it? I don't care a bit to cut it all out.
I am also wanting a way to make mine and my daughter's shirt a little bit more girly. My only idea is to add a Minnie Mouse bow to the design. I would prefer it in red or red and white polka dots if possible. If anyone can help me out I will be very thankful.
