I want to make my ADR's!!!!!

This is just to vent and I knew this would be the place to do it, since a lot of you DISers feel the same way!! Most of my friends and family just don't get it.

We're going to WDW Nov 29-Dec 4. I am dying to make our ADR's and plan our days out!! I just hate waiting for park hours to come out and for the 90 day window to open up so I can call.

OK, I'm done. Not happy about waiting-but done!

I know how you feel!! I was like this not that long ago! I had to make my ressies for the rehersal dinner and I couldn't since our 90 wasn't here and since we had sooo many people and we have to do it ourselfs!!!! It's sooo stupid why dont they put them up all ready! Well I was finally able to cause I called the hotel. Oh sorry to take over your thread hope you get to make them soon. My family doesn't get it either it's like HELLO to beable to have a GREAT vacation you need to plan!!!!

Me too! I already know where I want to eat and probably when. It just depends on those park hours and when they will be showing Fantasmic! My family thinks I'm crazy too for overplanning.

P.S. I heard from my AAA agent that by the time my ADR time comes around (7/26), they will be on an online system so hopefully we woudn't even have to call. Here's hoping!

I am right there with ya! We have been going at the end of August with the 180 day window so my ADR's would have been long made by now! But this year we are doing in December with the 90 day window so it feels like I have to wait forever!

I totally agree. Planning, for me, is not only fun but it makes the vacation go so much better. It looks like we will be there about the same time. Post back in 4 months and let us know if you get your ADR wishlist.

I hear ya. I love planning trips that far out and it seems like the farther out I planned, the better my chances were to receive the ADRs I wanted. You definitely are in good company with your feelings.

I'm with you guys! We'll be there Nov. 29-Dec. 6 and every day I wish I could make my ADRs...it's driving me nuts!!

It was just about a year ago when I was on the boards and there were folks complaining that they should be able to be SPONTANIOUS. They were the ones who complained that 180 days was TOO FAR OUT(whine, whine, whine)

Me, I don't know the definition of the word spontanious when it comes to Disney. I loved the 180 day restaurant booking window.

Now , planners like me have to compete with these freedom-loving souls. It ain't right.

The next thing you know, they'll want to make it a one week window. It will be just torture.

Don't feel so bad! I am not going back until Feb 27, 2010!


I have a travel agent, so I will submit all of my ADR desires to her ahead of time and she will be on the phone at 7:00 am to scoop em all for me! Less hassle for me!

It's very sad, this is our first trip down and today is our 180 day until our trip. I want to make our ADR's so bad. We already know where we want to eat, oh well only 90 more days.

I feel your pain, I am having such a hard time waiting to make mine. I have already made a chart with the possible adr's but I am waiting for the park hours for sept to come out........come on already!

Why did Disney move from a 180 day reservation plan to a 90 day?

I want to make mine too and can't until 5/30/2009!!!
