I want to donate some toddler clothes....

I've got some girls' toddler clothes which I want to donate. They're all summer clothes - our summer is virtually over here and they're aged 12-18 months.

2 questions:

Where do I send them too?
Is it still hot say in Texas for a while? No point sending shorts etc if it's too cold.

Please make sure you send them to someone who is prepared to deal with them. Do NOT blindly send them to the Red Cross or just drop them off someplace. Trust me they will get trashed!!!

I read your other post today regarding this same topic. I think I'll donate them to a local charity as I usually do where I know they will be appreciated.

CarolA I had sent her Diane's address (Mattsmom) as her Tx town is being inundated with evacuee's but I understand her wanting to keep the clothing local.
