I want to write someone to let them know about 3 CM's that made our trip special. Where do I do this?

I spent a single day meandering around the park this Saturday and 3-4 CM's made my trip much more personable and enjoyable. I even got the business card of one of the CM's and promptly e-mailed her my gratitude.

The other two I did not catch their names (and I am terrible at names anyways), but they all did their part to make things enjoyable. Not every CM is fantastic, but I would say enough of them are. :)

What is nice is that one may send an email and write a letter too. And also make a phone call. While one is visiting Disneyland, they can go to City Hall on Main Street and make their compliments known as well. With so many whiners that complain about the smallest, non-issues, it is nice when someone has something good to say, and to do so in an official capacity. I think that is more important than people whining about everything. Like that old song goes, which is one of my most favorites by the way Accentuate the Positive performed by Bing Crosby with the Andrew Sisters; I especially love the Andrew Sisters.

true it is easier to whine and complain because we are angry and want retribution, etc.
When we are happy we honestly don't think to go that little extra mile and comment how happy a CM made us, we should though because after all the CM went out of their way to make us happy right?
 
I love to read threads where people have a special time at the Land. :) How nice that you want to let Disneyland know about their service. :)
 
Don't be surprised if you get a phone call after writing. I wrote a letter complimenting two CMs for going above and beyond and got a phone call thanking ME for writing the letter. They let me know my letter was warmly received and the CMs were recognized for their good work. Hardly any other company has responded to letters I have written either good or bad. Kudos to Disney! :goodvibes
 
Write write write. It is a nice thing to do, to put it in writing. Aside from that, it could pay off for you. It did for my family, in amazing ways, after I wrote about our extraordinary service at the PPH. And my daughter was SO EXCITED when the caller ID said Disneyland was calling us!
 
I got a nice reply back, but nothing else. It doesn't matter at all! I'm just glad it was a personal response stating that the appropriate management teams will be informed of my kind words :)

A little synopsis of what I wrote...

Genevieve, a CM at DCA, was very sweet and kind to my own Genevieve. She even gave her a little pocket flashlight to keep her safe :) I literally teared up watching the two interact and share their love of Disney. (The CM was wearing a white uniform and sweeping the walkway. IDK what her title would be, probably custodial services?)

While getting my ydd's picture taken at the Star Wars booth in DLR, our photographers, Gilly and Joan, really took a shine to my dd. Joan and my dd had a good 5-10 min confab about all things Star Wars. My dd was in awe that a "grown-up-woman" knew so much!

Every time we look at Mikayla's photo or use Genevieve's flashlight, we will be reminded of these wonderful people AND our wonderful trip. Personal connection makes all the difference!
