I want a slipper and strawberries sent

to my parents' room at the WL. I have looked briefly at the cake chatter thread, but can't wade through all that to find an answer.

I want the white chocolate slipper with raspberries sent one day and the tuxedo strawbeerries sent another day. WDW-DINE gave me the number for the cake hotline, but that was for cakes sent to restaurants. I guess this is more of a room service thing.

I want to make sure prior that this order will work. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I believe you can only get the chocolate slipper at CRT or the GF. The chocolate strawberries are something you can order from in-room dining. I think you can call the WL's main number and ask to speak with someone in private dining to get it set up. Good luck!

Right, and more specifically the white chocolate slipper is at GF and the milk chocolate one is at CRT, (and it is yummy!!!)

I think (and I can't be sure because I have never stayed there) but it's at the reestaurants only. You would call the cake line to order it. Not sure how it works with "take out." Good Luck!

The slipper is a specialty of the Grand Floridian restaurants and CRT, and you can only get it served during a meal at any of the GF restaurants, through GF room service, or at CRT. You can't pick it up anywhere, and they won't deliver it.

You can get chocolate strawberrries from WL room service, but I'm not sure if theyr'e the tuxedo ones. They may also only be available at GF.

Try contacting WL's in-room dining, see what other special desserts they offer.

Thanks, but Boo! How do I call the in-room dining prior? If it's a shaky plan, then I may go with something else for a surprise.

If you order it w/your meal -will they box it up for you to take home in a "Doogie Bag"?
