Guys, I've still yet to hear any reports from people that are "bigger" than me. I might have heard of someone 6' and 230lbs, someone 6'3 and 250lbs... but not much else.

So, I'm 6'2" and 265lbs (hoping I can lose 10lbs byt the time I go) and am left wondering if I'll be able to ride or not. I'm not round shaped, I'm more like sausage shaped... lol

I'm a huge HP fan and would hate to miss out on FJ. Someone help me put my mind at ease about going on FJ (I know it's not the end of thew world) and post if you're bigger than me and whether you were allowed to ride or not. Pictures help!

My best friend is 6'0 and 280lb and was able to ride.

Remember, it's not about weight, to be honest. It's about body dimensions and how the weight is carried. Universal says "unusual" body dimensions but that's not the right word for it. It's just certain body dimensions.

I say when you're there try out the test seat in front and if they need to, they'll have you test the one inside too.

I'm 6'1" and 260lb and rode with no problem. It was snug but comfortable. There was another guy that look like a XXXL t-shirt size that was still able to ride (which surprised me) The TM did have to push down rather hard & I heard the guy grunt, but when the TM asked if he was OK, he said yes so he did get to ride.

Thanks for the feedback fellas. That sure makes me feel better about riding.

:thumbsup2

Best post I've seen on this topic. I have similar stats to your friend, but was not able to ride.

You hit it exactly, there's no one correct height/weight. It all depends on one's individual dimensions/proportions.

I'm 6'2/6'3, 260 and was not able to ride. I have muscular legs, a size 38 waist with 30 length, and wear a size XL shirt comfortably (not tight).

This is me on the left, not the best picture, but most current. :-/
