I used Lyft from Sanford Airport to Universal Cabana

Not as bad I thought.
Lyft one-way cost $58.65 + 20% tip( our choice, you can do 10%, or what you want). 3 minute wait.
Driver was great, car was clean. We will be doing this when we leave on Saturday, we'll let you how the goes.

Update: It's Saturday and we are returning using Lyft back to Sanford Airport(cost one-way $47.50 + 20% tip) ride not bad. Driver is not great - driving 80 to 90 at times, texting, eating. Should I have said something about her speeding?

I think that was a bargain price. Speeding is just how people drive in Orlando.

Yeah, I noticed that a lot of people driving faster than the 90 that the driver was doing, and passed us like we were standing still.
Still over all, for the amount of money round trip including tip was $127.38 is a whole lot less than any private transportation or shuttle, will be doing this again in September.
