I took the plunge!

After reading all the threads here about die cut systems I took the plunge last night. I bought a Sizzix alphabet set from ebay. Now I just have to buy the machine. I guess I know what my next 40% off coupon is going to be used on!

Congrats and enjoy!! I love my sizzix and now I'm trying to talk myself out of rushing out to buy the sidekick with my AC Moore gc that I got on Saturday. I love it and all the sets look fabulous, but I just hate to make yet another big investment, but hey I'm sure I'll end up with it. Have fun.

The alphabet made the decision whether I would get the Sizzix or the sidekick. It is the Lollipop set, so can't use it on the Sidekick. Wanted that machine when I saw it but I can use all the Sizzlets on this one and the originals so I thought is was more versatile and that I would use it more often.

Our Michael's ad had the actual Sizzix machine for $49.99 (without the coupon).

I have no idea if you have these up there but. Michaels crafts and Joann's has the machines on sale this week. JOann's is better deal IMO because they r 50% off.

I am in Canada and we don't have Joann's. (At least not around here.) I am going to check out Michael's today. Hopefully it will be on sale and I can use my coupon for another die! My DH is SOOO going to regret me getting this!
