I haven't been back to Coral Reef in so long. Not enough non-seafood options for DH and I, neither of us are fans I'm afraid. Awesome seat right next to the tank though, I would love to sit there but I doubt I'd eat very much. I'd be too distracted!

I am so glad you had a great meal at Coral Reef! Your entrée sounds AMAZING!!! That is exactly what I would have ordered.

The boys had lobbied to eat at Coral Reef on our last trip instead of La Hacienda. It has been a few years since we have dined there. But we ended up being blown away with our meal, although you make it look very tempting!

Especially with your new terrapin dining companion. I sea turtles!

Thanks so much for listening. I do love my new toy and I hope I keep learning how to use it more efficiently. There is so much I don't know about home recording. I can read about but some people are so techy that I can't understand what they heck they are talking about.

Ahhh Test Track. My I like you but I don't really like you relationship with that ride. I like the ride just not the design phase... yet. I think I need to give it another chance. You have documented the design process very thoroughly!!

Kathy said she doesn't like the design process either. I probably be very good at making my own car, so I'm happy to ride with Denny so he can do it. I didn't realize I had taken so many pictures of the design process. Go figure!

And no, you can't have too many monorail photos. Especially on such a clear and beautiful day. And thanks to Denny for being your personal photographer since he really did capture a happy you in that photo!

I just love taking pictures of the monorail. I can't possible walk in Epcot without taking multiple pictures. That just seems SO wrong.

I've tried Em's mahi mahi at Coral Reef and although I don't really eat fish I was quite impressed with myself that I tried it and it wasn't bad. I really wanted to pick out the shrimp in the dish and eat those since I love shrimp. It's always good to have the winning entrée! Great close up of the sea turtle in the aquarium.

That dish was really tasty. I thoroughly enjoyed it and it made up for my lackluster pasta the day before.

The sea turtle was totally entertaining.

What a fun update. The new and improved Test Track looks like a blast. My boys will love designing their own cars.

It really is a cool ride. I loved it. Big improvement on the original. You can have up to 3 designs per car, so it works pretty well. You skip all that with single rider.

I forgot Coral Reef existed. We ate there during our first trip in 2007. It was in celebration of one of our friend's birthday. I had emailed with the manager etc, sent photos for a special menu, only to show up and they lost it all, even our ADR and we were a party of 10! Our food was terrific and they did their best to accommodate us but I still haven't forgiven them. I may never. Your food looks delicious though. I love the aquariums too. They also make a great steak.

OMG - that is TERRIBLE! I can't believe that happened to you. How awful. I probably wouldn't forgive them either. That just leaves such a bad taste in the mouth. Our food was really good. I'm glad we gave it a try.

Can't wait for Daytona Beach!

We did have a fun light house adventure in Daytona, so stay tuned for that!

I'm not a fan of the new Test Track but I still like it.

So far it seems like I am in the minority of people who really like the change. I wonder what first time riders think about it. Hmmmm….

I've never eaten at Coral Reef but I need to make it there some of these days...it looks yummy!

Now there's an idea? Snow kayaking! Denny sometimes talks about getting a kayak since we live close to the water. We are going to take a kayak tour when we visit tampa. I'm really looking forward to it!

Every time we tried to give our car more power the energy efficiency went down, down, down. It was almost comical. I just want to know the secret to getting the best score in all 4 areas. I know there must be some formula for that.

The tank is really distracting. It was such a delight and its nice that they have so many 2 person tables up near the tank. It makes it a very special meal. But I hear ya on the not enough non-seafood options. That makes its hard if you don't love fish.

Doesn't it? We just got snow here, but fortunately its been sunny the last few days. A rarity for this time of year, that's for sure!

Isn't it funny how its hard to try a restaurant again after a bad experience. I ate there years ago and just remember it being average (although the scenery is great). I'm so glad we tried it again because it was definitely my favorite meal of the trip!

It's really cool. I especially like the exit. The neon makes me feel like we are going faster than we really and than *bam* you are outside in the fresh air!

I enjoy selecting other languages on Spaceship Earth. Makes the ride extremely enjoyable. However, I don't use that logic on Test Track, because I have no idea what I would end up designing.

We got extremely competitive with the design of the cars, and took the winner very seriously. As if that's a surprise with us and our competitive nature. I love the car! Perfect color.

I can't say I have selected other languages on SSE, but I have certainly selected my share of foreign locations. I often end up living on an island in the Pacific. Yup - that adds to the interest.
