Seriously that's so cool to hear. We don't get showtime but we buy it on DVD. I'm not sure what the number of the last season (maybe 4 or is it 3) we have is. It's the season that ends with Shane's going to move in with the single mom after her dad comes and takes Shay back. Is the next seaon after that available yet.

I loved the whole thing with Cybill Shepard and with Marlee Matlin. They have the coolest guest stars like when Toshi Reagan was singing on the beach. Anyway. Now I need to go upstairs and start with season 1 to get reaquainted.

Another L Word fan here without Showtime, that has to rely on buying seasons to get my fix!

No worries about the end of the show though - evidently Showtime's presenting a spin-off starring Alice! (Although according to Perez, it's going to take place in prison - a sort of "Alice goes to Jail!" series)...not too sure how that's going to play out , but since Alice is my favorite character, I'll be happy to see her continuing journey! Famke Janssen is also attached to star.

I can tell you that I was hoping to dump Showtime after the series ended, but being that Corey loves Dexter and we hope to enjoy the new series, I guess we will keep the subscription for awhile longer.

That would be weird. She's probably the only person on the show who really doesn't have a motive. I think I could be proven to have a motive, actually. Can't stand her!!!

I think this is a red herring to throw us off the identity of the real killer. She is supposed to be in jail on a felony charge, but that could be a perjury charge from Tasha's hearing or something else entirely. Who knows, maybe Tasha killed Jenny and Alice commits perjury or obstructs justice or something and ends up in prison.

As for no motive, Jenny steals a treatment for a play that Alice wrote and trashes it to Alice's face, but turns around and sells it for a chunk of money. Alice is livid.

There was a pre-season short called "Who Killed Jenny Schecter?" that they ran on Showtime showing how Jenny created lots of reasons for people to want her dead this season.

Was that really necessary? I'm with others, no need to blame it on Alice. I'd have cheerfully killed Jenny, starting when she bought the pooch, and ecstatically when she was directing Les Girls.

BTW, sorry about "spoiling" Alice; not having seen season 6 yet, I just assumed the Alice/Jenny storyline was common knowledge due to this site's complete nonchalance about telling it. I'll link to the site when I have finally accumulated 10 posts.

They're filming an episode that will serve as a potential spin-off of the series. Sounds kinda like a Prisoner: Cellblock H sorta thing, which I'd love, since that was one of my favorite shows when I was a kid. I'm agreeing w/ a previous poster...I don't think it's any of the main characters..I personally think it's someone from a previous season....say, the Vet or the writer from Curve..they BOTH had reasons...who know's maybe they BOTH did it?? I just don't think, any of the main charcters could do it. They all have such a bond with eachother and we've come to love them all. Remember DALLAS, and who shot JR?? Well, it wasn't anybody we really cared about. Just my 2 cents!:
