I thought I was finished with ADR's but how do these look?

So I thought I had EVERYTHING for my ADR's figured out but then my mom says she wants to try Sci-Fi (which I dont mind, I have eaten there, she has not) Has anyone ever schedule more meals then were on the DDP and paid OOP for them? I need to cut atleast one.....im thinking CM (which we liked but wanna do other ones) we wanna take the kids to T-Rex. We were there in December and it was loud and I dont wanna scare the kids lol
What would you cut? We are a large group of 11 adults and 5 kids, traveling in 2 seperate families so 11 in one and 5 in the other.

Sunday: Whispering Canyon Cafe (poppop really like BBQ and its his 75th bday
Monday: Tusker House for breakfast I wanted T-Rex for dinner but it may be too loud for the little ones? idk they will be 3 and 4 or CM here instead of T-Rex
Tuesday:1900 Park Fare before MVMCP
Wednesday:Sci-Fi for lunch OOP and 50's for dinner OOP
Thursday:Cape May Cafe dinner
Friday:Crystal Palace breakfast
Saturday: Garden Grill dinner
Sunday:we could put CM here for breakfast before we leave

any input would be helpful. I am really leaning towards cutting Chef Mickeys though. I figured on haveing quick breakfasts in the room on MK days.

The little ones will love Tusker House for breakfast. Lots for them to select from on the buffet, Great character interaction and pictures. T-Rex is loud and more expensive.

Tuesday:1900 Park Fare before MVMCP
I assume this is dinner. Everyone will love 1900 PF. If it is breakfast, that is great too. Why not mention the birthday here too? They will treat him with royalty.

Wednesday:Sci-Fi for lunch OOP and 50's for dinner OOP
Sci-Fi has good & bad reviews. So it is up to you. 50 PT is a hoot for dinner, You will love it.

Thursday:Cape May Cafe dinner
Wonderful clam bake. Please pack some crayons for the littles ones. They can color on the paper table cloths. Their pictures may end up on the walls of CP

Friday:Crystal Palace breakfast
Bring your camera. Pooh, Eeyore, Tigger & Piglet do a parade aound the tables. You get pictures with them too. The buffet is delicious and if you have to wait, there is a 'southern' white porch to hang out on.

Saturday: Garden Grill dinner
Another winner. The food is fresh and plentiful. The little ones can order as much as they want from the kids menu. So they can get the mac&cheese and the chicken finger and the .....
Plus another character meal for pictures. Keep your camera with you at all meals.

Sunday:we could put CM here for breakfast before we leave
Chef Mickeys can be loud. They sing 'celebrate' and have a napkin twirl every 20 minutes. But, it is a great last meal (or first meal uopn arrival) to do before you leave. The buffet selection is great, including Mickey waffles and breakfast pizza. Again have you camera ready and not packed.


So I am sorry to say, we would omit Sci-Fi and T-Rex.
We do love RFC - there are less loud places to sit, just request one upon arrival to RFC.
We are trying Yak&Yeti on our next visit to WDW.
