Hello!
I'm planning a trip to DLR 5/1 - 5/4. I think I am going to book my vacation package through Costco because if you book them, I'd get a character meal for free (essentially). It's the same price on the Costco website as it is through the Disney website and I get that Character meal.

Now my question is... I can take those park hopper tickets that I get from Costco and upgrade them for annual passes when I get to the park, correct?

We live in Arizona and we plan on going in October and December as well. So the passes make sense this year.

We have always booked through Costco if we are staying 4 nights or less onsite. When we stay longer, or book a Concierge room we have to go through WDTC or AAA as Costco packages only allow for 4 nights (unless there is a promotion that includes a 5th night, then Costco will let you) and only offers Standard and View Rooms (no Concierge).

The free Character Breakfast is awesome. Also.....you get the $20 Disney Gift Card, which is an added bonus. This ends up being around a $200.00 perk! If you are going the "package route" and only staying 4 days or less, it is a great way to go!!:cheer2:
