I think I got "taken" on Ebay buying Disney pins!

So I went on Ebay and bought a lot of Disney pins within the last few weeks. All transactions went well and I got my pins quickly.

One seller I bought about 6 pins from had decent feedback when I bought them. I paid for them 12 days ago and still nothing. I have emailed several times inquiring on the status and still, nothing.

Today I look and all of a sudden they have tons of terrible feedback about not receiving items in a timely manner, and some have not received their stuff at all. If I look even further back I can see that I missed several negative feedbacks that I didn't see.

Anyway, they have yet to respond and my kids were expecting these pins! We leave for our trip on the 5th.

I really hope this person doesn't disappoint. It would be nice if they would just respond at least!!!
 
If you paid with PayPal you can start a dispute and get your money back.

I had to do it and I didn't have any problems at all.

You can also get their phone # from ebay since you are in he transaction with them
 
I bought a pin from the same person you are talking about and so did my husband. Her Paypal account is now frozen. My husband sent a nastygram and we both got a sob story email back about how tough their life has been this past month :sad: I bought my pin the beginning of January and really feel screwed as well. I only paid $5.75 for mine, so I don't feel too ripped off, but this has been my first negative experience buying pins off of eBay. They are usually a great purchase - cheap and quick shipping. I am very disappointed as well :sad2:
 

Their user name is disneytoyzfl or something like that? I paid almost 18 for the pins and shipping. I'm most upset that my kids won't have them before our trip!

From now on if the person doesn't have 100% positive feedback paste their username in the search bar of toolhaus.org. It will pull up ALL negative feedback the user has and you don't have to sort through the feedback on the ebay page.
 
This will only help those who lucked out with superb coincidental timing.

Should you win an eBay auction and at that moment a lot of negative feedback appears against the seller, do not make payment according to the rules.

This is not really a reneging since the seller still has the choice of shipping first and then you make payment. You may refuse to pay for shipments unexpectedly sent COD until/unless you can inspect the contents first.

Ebay has a strict policy and that is what making people buy there more and more. It seems to be your fault not following on the negative feedback.. There are frauds there too,
