I think CM gave me FD

I called yesterday to check to see if I had a pin attached to my name. The CM looked and said "no". I asked her to check to see if there were any discounts available to me in the December timeframe. She then priced out a package deal at $2,692.08 (WL woods view, park hopper, dining (not QS), 4 nights). She did not say it was free dining just a discounted package. I have saved in my disney planning the exact same thing (except dining) for $2,601.12. Same dates, tickets, view, etc. I also had a saved offer for Riverside and it was around $1900 (without dining) and she quoted me $2,231.04 for the same package with dining.

I went ahead and placed the reservation for WL. I reviewed it this morning and everything looks correct but I don't know what the $90 difference is. I think I got dining for $90 (3 adults) or either she discounted the rooms and added dining. I am think dining because of the jump in cost for Riverside because I didn't want QS I wanted regular dining.

Any ideas??? (I am very excited about this - never seen Disney at Christmas - really needed this type of discount in order to stay at WL)

what are the dates? Well I did random dates with 5 day park hopper tix, same view 3 adults and NO dining plan and got $2629

That $90 is taxes for the free dining (you still have to pay taxes on it!!)

I don't think there are taxes on Free dining. I have priced my package out without dining on the computer, then call to add the code and it's always been the same (past three times I've done this).

Maybe it's the travel insurance being added.

I got 2601.12 WITHOUT dining but I wouldnt complain about $90 you could call and ask them but... Looks like you got FD!

I'm glad everyone else thought it was a discount too!!! I was so hoping for any discount and FD is fine with me. Never saw Disney at Christmas or stayed at WL so I think it is going to be magical!!!! The CM gave me a huge dose of pixie dust yesterday

You should be able to see on your confirmation. I had our entire package already booked and had a CM apply my FD pin. My new confirmation now says my package is MYW Free Dine. Idk but would assume any discount would be reflected somewhere in the confirmation.

Actually Mine DOESNT say FDing BUT the price reflects a $894 savings.... so dont get discouraged if it doesnt

IKR... I was scared cuz it has a wierd code then MYW plus Dx dining no note of free at all BUT the price is down almost $900 so its there.....silly disney!

Maybe bc you paid to upgrade to Dlx? Idk but yes silly Disney. It doesnt bother me anymore just makes me chuckle

thanks but that doesn't seem to be a package code.. not sure what that could be.. possibly a generic code on the paperwork for resorts..not sure..

oh thats wierd. well she did tell me that we got FDing and my package went from $4439 to $3535 and we are 2 adults/2 kids 7nights POR RGR standard room with DxDP and 7day WP tix.... IDK lol
