I see TIW has holiday blackouts does DVC

quite bummed to read blackout dates for our Christmas holiday trip using our TIW card. Does DVC dining discount have black out dates as well. 10% would be better than no percent.

All discounts vary and may be suspended or discontinued at any time.
Locations and operating hours subject to change without notice.
Block-out dates apply for all offers, including but not limited to: 1/1/14,
2/14/14, 4/20/14, 5/11/14, 7/4/14, 11/27/14, 12/24/14, 12/25/14, and 12/31/14.

FWIW, I got the DVC discount at La Hacienda on Mother's Day, even though that's supposed to be a blackout date. I wouldn't expect it, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
