On the discovery channel they had a show about snakes, called serpent. The closing scene made me kinda nauseous-and I don't get queasy easy! My ds made me watch it though. I don't like snakes too much.
Yes, Michelle. It looked like a giselle, but they called it something else. They showed the path the poor thing would go through (you could see the snake's inner muscles move YUCK!). I don't know which was worse-watching that poor little animal being swallowed, or the things the announcer was saying (sad things ). LOL! when it first came on, my ds said he wanted a pet snake (I told him NO). When the show was over, he asked me if he could have a hamster instead. (I also told him NO, hamsters freak me out too )
It was a HUGE python. I missed hearing how long it was. I was kinda glad I didn't know. They also showed an island in, I think, Brazil. The island is a snake haven. The snakes have free reign of the island (it's deserted, thank goodness). They showed scenes during the day where every where you looked there were snakes. They said at nighttime it was much worse! And you are NOT allowed to kill any snakes on that island. I won't be going to that island.
LOL! I was trying to find FoodTv, but I made a mistake of going too slow in my channel selection. My son saw the show and got excited, wanted to watch it.
LOL! Kim, is that what it's for? I forget which channel that's on, by the time I flip through the channels to find that one, my ds would have found about 20 gross shows he'd want to see.
Shannon, we're lucky. The last time they changed the channels around, they put the TV guide channel on 66. It's SO easy to remember now. (I just hope they don't any ideas about changing again soon).

Uh oh, I hope this doesn't post twice. It was taking so long, I went ahead and stopped it to revise it.
Oh oh, my first notice ever that I can't post but once a minute! Wow! Never thought I'd see that!
