I said never again,but here goes nothing: A Louisiana Pageant Queen GKTW&Disney trip!

You're not thinking Disney are you???
Of course I'd do Disney everyday for the rest of my life!!!
No, I said "I will never be the leader of a group of Louisiana's Pageant Queen going to Give Kids the World and Disney.

And here I am, 15 days out until we leave.



All jokes aside, I am very happy to have the opportunity to have the experience to head back to the Village with a few of Louisiana's finest ladies, and spend a little time at my favorite place on Earth!

So who am I anyway?


That's me, to the right, with the crown.
My name is Jillian, I'm 20 years old, I'll be 21 on September 9th, and like most of you, I'm a Disney addict!
I am currently the Daisy Queen, and I represent the Family Fun Festival.

Favorites:
Ride: It's so hard to pick. It's between Big Thunder Mountain, Toy Story Midway Mania, Space Mountain, and Expedition Everest.
Favorite Movie: I really can't pick here you guys.
Favorite Character: I'm a classic person, Mickey, Donald, Chip and Dale hold special places in my heart.
Favorite Park: Magic Kingdom

As said before, I am acting as group leader for a group of Pageant Queens, I won't be posting pictures of all 45 of us. Mostly me and my Mother.


This is my Mom, she shares in the Disney with me. She's not a crazy addict, but enough.
We're very close, as she travels with me everywhere with my duties as Queen.
As today is the 15 day mark, I'm hoping to make post as often as possible to update all the last minute things that pop up!
I hope you continue to follow along on our little journey! I'm sure it's going to be a wild ride! ​

11 DAYS!
Yep, today is the 11 day mark for our trip!
Magic Bands are rolling in, our shirts are in, and on my end, I'm packed!
YAYYYYY!


So what are our plans?!?
Well here goes,
We'll be leaving New Orleans at midnight on Thursday, on a bus, THAT HAS WIFI AND OUTLETS! YESSSSS!
We'll be driving straight through until around 6:00-7:00 when we'll stop for breakfast, I figured about an hour for breakfast, gives us time to stretch our legs!
From here, we'll be heading to Orlando! We should arrive at Disney for 10:00 A.M.!
YAYYY!
Once we're all checked in and unpacked, we're going to Downtown Disney for lunch! Maybe even some shopping
At 3:00 we'll have to meet back at the hotel to head to Give Kids the World!
We have a tour at 4:00 of the Village, and from 5:00-8:30 we'll be volunteering!
After this, we'll be heading back to the hotel for a late supper and then bed!
Saturday we'll be doing AK in the morning, and HS in the afternoon, and maybe MK in the evening!!!
Sunday is Epcot and MK day!!
Then Monday we'll be heading home


Ohh! I totally forgot to mention where we'll be staying!!
We're at All-Star Movies! We requested 101 Dalmatians or Toy Story!
Fingers crossed that our request in granted!!
Can't wait to discuss my personal plans next time, I'm always open to any options on park touring plans!
I'm off to link up all 15 rooms to Memory Maker, yayyyy

9 DAYS!
SINGLE DIGITS PEOPLE!



And I'm sick
My throat is raw, my nose is runny, my head is pounding, and I'm running fever.

I'm just so upset, I was going to decorate my Magic Band today, and instead I'm laying it bed. I do have a doctor appointment tomorrow, hoping it is just a cold and I'll feel better soon.

Our last group meeting is set for Sunday, which is exciting! We'll be giving out shirts and Magic Bands!

Today I wanted to post my plans for Disney World, I'm always open to suggestions!

Our first park day is Animal Kingdom, we have so many girls on the trip who have never been to Disney, so I'd like to try and hit each park. Even for just a little while!
So Saturday morning we will be at Animal Kingdom for rope drop. Running straight towards KS! After that towards Everest! Then I'm hoping to hit up Dinosaur and Primeval Whirl! Now keep in mind, we'll make stops in between for gift shops pictures, characters, whatever!
But those are the main things I'd like to try and see.
After AK, we'll head to HS!
My Mom and I have lunch reservations at Sci-Fi, and I am so excited!!
Here we'd like to do Toy Story, Star-Tours Muppets, ,maybe a few shows here and there.
I do not ride RNR or TOT!!
Way to scared!!
We may see Fantasmic or head to MK for extra Magic hours!!

My Sunday plans are a little hectic!
We have a 7:00 A.M. reservation at Chef Mickey, then we want to head to MK for rope drop!
We'd like to head straight to Mine Train, and then meet Anna and Elsa!!
Once we've done that, we are thinking of heading to EPCOT, riding Sorain, and Test Track, and and it will probably be my last time to ever ride it Maelstrom.
Then head back to MK until 2:00 A.M. and ride everything!!!
Pretty crazy weekend right?!
We'll see what we can accomplish!

For now, I'm going get my rest and hopefully I'll feel better soon!
