I reunited with my old friend yesturday!!

As some of you know after almost 10 years of no contact, I called my old friend from HS. We had a falling out and I finally made a call to her last week and I'm glad I did.

We met yesturday at the mall that was not too far from either of us. Immediately we spotted eachother! We talked and talked for hours!! We had lunch and shopped. It was great. It was like we had just seen eachother the day before. We just picked up where we left off! It's so funny b/c in so many ways she is still the same. It felt great talking to her and being with her again. We plan to get together again, this time she's going to come and see my house. Even though we are both in totally different worlds, she is dating, working, living at home and in the Bronx still, I am married with 2 kids, stay at home mom and have had 3 houses already!! we just get along so well. I think that everything happens for a reason and maybe we were just meant to have that break from eachother and now finally reconcile.(sp?)

After reading your story I think I will try to find my college roommate. We haven't been in contact with each other in over 15 years. Our lives just went in different directions. I became the soccer mom and she became the executive.
