I still have a few days until I can make my ADRs. I really want to get a meal at Chef Mickey's this year and I am not too worried if it is breakfast or dinner. I am also trying to get an ADR for one for lunch at Le Cellier. DH rarely goes to the parks and I really want to try this. I am also considering Coral Reef.

Other than that I am hoping for three dinners at Boma and one at Jiko. We are staying at AKL for four nights and with my favourite restaurant right there, I can't imagine going elsewhere. I have read that they serve different food on different days at Boma. When we are moving to OKW, we will probably will eat at Olivia's most nights and might have a meal offsite as well.

Eaten at Boma twice, last August and again at Xmas, both exactly same menu. Loved it 1st time, not so much 2nd visit, wasn't in the mood for that kind of meal that night, decided not to do it this next trip, try new places.

How long did the e-mail take Gemma?

Something tells me I ont get it in time for Friday!

This thread looks like it could end up costing me a fortune!..... I have just been reading through trying to figure out which restaurants to try for next time when I realised I don't have enough time to fit them in.

So....I just might have to book another trip:rotfl2:

Heres our final list of ADR's all dinners except CM:

Chef Mickeys (Breakfast)
Maya Grill
Turf Club
Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue (Parents & Grandparents)
Yachtsman Steakhouse (Me,DH & DD)
Liberty Tree Tavern
Coral Reef
California Grill
Mama Melrose
Le Cellier Steakhouse
Garden Grill
Olivias
Shutters
Grand Floridian Cafe

We are going with DH parents & grand parents and a lot of the restuarants I would like to try just don't have enough things they would eat as they would eat as they are very fussy eaters (my 1 year old eats more foods than they do!)

I missed having the 180 day window and didn't like sitting on hold for 45 minutes at 90 days :sad2:

Eeee - expect some mega typing from me on this thread today!!

Tomorrow is ADR day, so I'll be finalising my plans today - expect a lot of mind changing!!

I read on a restaurant board thread that they rotate some of the dishes like the soups for days of the week but the majority stays the same.

I think they have three different rotations where they offer different soups, salads and carved meats plus one day were it could be anything on the buffet. Occasionally people post on the restaurant boards what that rotation currently is. Having said that, even if we end up with the same food on all three nights, I am still happy. There was so much to choose from and I only managed to try a fraction of what I would have liked to try.

From ADR's we have experienced T-Rex was a great ticket. Flatbread starter was great as a main :)
Tusker House; especially booked for preferred Finding Nemo seating, is a great lunch stop in Animal Kingdom.
Can't say about California Grill as I had to cancel as there is no way troops would have lasted :)
