We have a few 24 hour bagel stores in the area. I remember leaving clubs at 4am and stopping for a bagel on the way home. that was a looong time ago. LOL

We did this too. Except ours weren't 24 hour - they were open for the morning at that time. And the old man would give us a lecture every time. (were you on LI by any chance?)

I am sure you can get one at the bagel store around the corner from me. Even though it is snowing out, they must have some left. They are very good, I havent had one in a while. It is probably not that common in other areas of the country, but in New York, most people know what it is.
