I really need help with alternates/suggestions with times

Ok I think I have tweaked our schedule for the 500th time I need alternates if I cant get these. Any ideas based on parks we are in that day?

11ppl (9 adults, 1 'disney'adult 13yo and 2 kids 8yo and 4yo) DxDP

Sun- arrival DisneyQuest/Epcot

* Grandparents like golf and my dad and brother do to so since we have the waterpark and more, its included...might as well use it!

Wow! It's hard to Plan for that many people. Maybe you've done this before, but a couple of things that would not work too well for me are 1) moving to three different area/ buses in addition to travel on first day 2) Tues. A lot of fairly heavy food close together- 3) Sat. Great meals but spaced long time apart. When is your trip? Start making ADR's on line as soon asyou can-180 days out . It's easy to see alternatives if something isn't available. Good luck and have fun!
