Okay , this is what happened...My mom called me to wish me happy birthday last night (I forgot my birthday; it was the 30th) and it was late so we didn't "catch" up (ok, gossip). So she just called a few minutes ago and told me something unbelievable. My mom is keeping my neice for my DHs sister for two weeks this month (SIL is pregnant and is sick) and they talked to confirm plans. Well, Brittany (my neice) looks just like Dora the Explorer and my mom thinks this is so cute. My mom sometimes forgets what her real name is because she calls her Dora.
Anyway, my mom tells my SIL that she can't wait to introduce "Dora" to her friends at work and my SIL says, "Well, she looks more like GI Jane then Dora since we cut her hair." Mom's reaction, "WHAT?!" My SIL, who I actually love and get along with, has apparently let my 4 year old neice decide she wants her head cut super short like the teenage girl who babysits her. Now, I told my mom that she MUST be mistaken since this is absolutely nuts, so she says call Juju (my SIL) and ask her yourself. So I did and while I hope she is exaggerating how bad it is, I have a sick feeling she's not. This is the same bonehead who died her DDs head FLAMING red one year at the tender age of 3. So if anyone is in WDW in July and sees a buzzed cut on a little girl, I did not have anything to do with this, I just am taking her to WDW with us!
