I ordered Nutrisystem. How has it worked for you guys?

I finally decided on Nutrisystem. I know I have read in the past that some of you have used it or are currently on the plan. I would love to hear of any success that you have had. Hopefully, it will get me motivated to finally lose this weight. Thanks.

I have lost about 23 pounds since Dec 26th.

I have lost 12 pounds since christmas...but had lost quite a bit on other diets prior to that. I like it. It takes a while to find out which foods you like, some I was sure I would love I thought were icky and others I always eat now. Be sure and do the "customized food" order not the favorites...I swear I think they just send you whatever they have the most of if you do that one. You can also order some items ala carte...for instance there are milk replacement fudge bars I always order. Good Luck, hope you like it!

You will lose weight on Nutrisystem but the problem is keeping it off. Nutrisystem does nothing to help you learn to eat "normal" food in a healthy way. You eat their food which is something you will not be doing once you lose the weight. I believe you need to learn life skills of heathy eating. Yes, I did nutrisystem and lost 40 pounds...gained it all back plus some. Nutrisystem did not give me the skills or knowledge to know how to keep the weight off. Maybe after you lose the weight you can work with a good dietician who will help you keep the weight off. Best of luck!
