I need to GAD INFO FAST!!!!

OOO I HAVE A GAD QUESTION ALSO!!!

Ok my aunt and my mom both have one, they want to go on the 22nd of august—they want to know if they can upgrade with the GAD voucher to a park hopper-- Will they to pay extra? Can they upgrade to park hopper? I need to know kinda fast cause my aunt is trying to book a flight TODAY!!!!!! thanks everyone!!!!
