I need to add on and can't get in touch with my guide?

I use to have Mary as a guide. She was really good at getting in touch with me day off or not. I have a new guide marlene and she is very nice. But it's been over a week and we keep missing each other. Do I have any other options? I want to add some points.

By missing each other, do you mean that your guide is returning calls and you don't happen to be home, and vice versa? If so, I would simply leave her a voice mail telling her how many points and what resort you want, or ask her to leave specific info on your voicemail like what incentives or if those points are available.

Or on her voice mail, tell her what time you plan to be home or where she can get in touch with you.
