I need suggestions for gift ideas! Please help!

Ok so I need suggestions. I am working with Jane from Gifts of a Lifetime to plan a surprise event for my fiance during our visit in September. The whole event is based on adventures, and as part of the final gift I want to include a small gift from each of the countries. I need some suggestions for small gifts, under $20 each from the countries. For example I'm think about sets of chopsticks from Japan and a bottle of wine from Italy. Anyone have little treasures they have found in WS?

It is a little silly but my husband loved his viking helmet hat from Norway by the Maelstrom ride. And with rumors that Maelstrom is going to refurbed/scrapped/Frozen-ified, it would be a good time to grab any Maelstrom/viking type stuff.
