I need to do a trade for a stitch hat and I need someone trustworthy to do it today because vmk doesnt work on my grandmas computer and thats were Im at right now, so if mal, lori, amberdaze or any other trustworthy people can go on my file and do the trade I will be gratefull.

I think this should have been kept in PMs. You don't need to tell everyone who you think is trustworthy and hurt other peoples' feelings because they think you cannot trust them. Maybe you should move this to PMs and discuss it among yourselves.

While I am sure anyone would be flattered that you would trust them enough to do this for you, I'm afraid I can't endorse anyone doing this. Both parties would be taking a big risk in exchanging this information. VMK warns you never to share your account info, for your own protection.

Personally the only log in information I am comfortable with knowing, other than my own, would be that of my children.

Cpt.Jack, I would recommend you make the trade when you are able to do it yourself. If it's a good deal, then the other trader should be willing to arrange a time to meet with you. This is a BIG trade, and I would hate to see anything go wrong on either side of it.

I would like to tell you that I am very trust worthy. I would never take something that does not belong to me. I have told people when they are offering me WAY too much in a trade.

I would never give anyone my password and sign on to do a trade for me nor would I accept that responsibility.

Why?
What if something disappears from the inventory as it has reportedly done in past occurances? There is no way on Earth that I could prove that I did not take it and it would create a very tense situation. I would never do it.

And I agree - it is really "uncool" to publicly state who the only people are that you trust.

Not that you asked, but that is my 2 cents.

If you did not notice by my post count being all but zero after early morning I have been gone all day.

I am going to have to say I do not think this is a good idea and I will echo LoriR and say I would never do this with anyones acct but my own son's.


I would hate for either you or I or both to be banned permanently.
