I need some ideas! (Pool party)

So I'm planning on having a pool party type deal next Thursday.
It's going to be the last day of band camp and all us hot and tired people can have fun and cooool off!
But, I need some ideas of things that can help "spice it up"! You got any?!

Well I have two "mind games" that are pretty entertaining. But I don't know how well they'd work into a pool party.

Game one: Picnic.
The rule of the game is a secret, and as people go around guessing what you can bring to the picnic, they begin to understand the rule:
It's as follows:
Susie can bring a swimsuit to the picnic, but not a toothbrush.
Tom can bring a toothbrush but not a mouse.
Mallory can bring a mouse but not food.
Wilma can bring a walrus but not a laptop.
Rule: The person can only bring something that starts with the same letter that their name starts with. It's really fun, not too complicated.


Game two: Green Glass Door
it's another mind game, in which only the host knows the rule. *but it's ok if someone else has played it as long as they don't blurt out the rule* each person goes around thinking what they can and can not bring through the green glass door. the rule is as follows:
person one can bring a pillow
person two can bring a book
person three can bring a tree
person four can bring a balloon.
the rule: double letters in it.

i'm not a very good explainer but i hope you understand the games, they're fun

I am no help with pool parties, I come from a cold and rainy country so I have no idea. Good luck though

I think that if people weren't in the pool,you could have some smoothies in a cute cup or something with an umbrella you can put in a drink.

nd have like the kinda stereotypical beachy type things on the go
like a limbo competition

someone i know has a pool (in scotland i know, its crazy)
and thats the kinda thing they did
