I need some advice....

hey guys, i need some advice, and i really hope you can help me. Just FYI, this isnt disney realted! im sorry! Ok, so my boyfriend and i audiotioned ofr the same play at our school,and he got the lead guy part, and his ex-girlfriend got the lead girl part. The only thing that bugs me is that they have to be really intimate, and kiss "intensly", thats the only problem, i dotn want any of that to happen, and its breaking my heart! What do i do?

It's acting so you need to accept that.
If you had to kiss a guy or your ex boyfriend than your boyfriend would probably feel a little bad about it too.
Actors have to deal with the same thing all the time.

I know, but its hard...and they are all like oh are you ok, and im like fine...i guess, but im not....my insides are all flip-flopping!

I would say to think of it as just an on stage thing. The kiss has no meaning to it, it is just something that is written into the script.

What play is it? That really sucks that it turned out that way but there's nothing that you can do about. Plus it's only acting and it's something that they have to do....it's not like they want to (hopefully it's not).

Remember it's just acting. Don't go to rehersals. Tell him how you feel.

it's just acting, and maybe you can ask them to do a stage kiss, which doesnt involve actually kissing. Some plays you can, but some you cant.
