Okay, I'm going to WDW May5th I need shoes.
I don't know what kind of shoes to get. I don't do sandals though.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm 28 so I want cool (but supportive) shoes that I can wear for walking hours on end. (My dad is like the Bootcamp Commander of vacations. It will be him, my brother (17) and me.)
And I so need help finding decent shoes. Please and thanks. :) :Pinkbounc

You might try Merrills they have some pretty decent shoes..
Good Luck and have a magical trip!

Crocs!!! They come in a bunch of nice colors, can get wet, dirty, etc... and still be fine! The little strap can either go around your heel, or flip up to make the shoes like a clog!! The ones with the holes in them keep your feet nice and cool too!!

I wear mine all the time and I walk everywhere - my feet never hurt in them! And people compliment me on them all the time! They're just funky enough to be cool!

I always buy a WHITE pair of Reebok Princess sneakers. I find that they have absolutely no break in time to worry about and they are comfy and cushiony and they look nice. They go with slacks, shorts and capris....anything!!! :thumbsup2

You can get them at most stores for $29.99! Then throw in your flipflops for any pool time you may have while in WDW!!!

I'm taking my Nike's plus my Keen Newports. I learned about the Keens here. They are sort of a sneaker with ventilation. I like the fact that no one can stomp on my toe because the toes are covered.

I ordered them on Zappos.com. Free shipping. Plus I believe they have free shipping for returns should your new shoes not fit.

I wear either 7.5 or 8 and I ordered and 8. I'm glad because they fit just perfect. I wouldn't want them any smaller.

Thanks for the suggestions. I like a good support shoe and those are some good ideas. :thumbsup2

I had to add the dancing banana

You might look at tevas (Tevas.com). They have some that are sandals but there is a style (Dozer) that look more like ventilated sneakers. I bought a pair and they are light weight and comfortable but you have to chose what you think best suits you.

Well I did end up getting Reeboks. I got the classic nylon; they were the most comfortable. The Princess ones were too narrow at the toe. I have duck feet. I am so panicky tho. I leave at 3 am Saturday (we're driving) for WDW. AHH all I can think is... Do I have everything? Am I missing something? and on and on and on.. I'm a panicky packer.
:cheer2:
