I need PINs for every member of my family in order to do on-line checkin!

If you don't provide it for online check in then you'll have to take the time at the resort to provide the information. So if you prefer to add it and a CC later, why bother to do online check in?

It won't let me complete on-line check-in without providing a credit card. Then when we get there they ask what cc I want to use. Tell them I provided a cc during on-line check-in and they tell me they don't have that information.

This happens every time. Not sure what the heck I'm doing wrong.
