I Need Ideas for Contemporary Souvenirs

DH has wanted to stay in the CR Tower since he was a kid. On our past visits we've stayed in one of the villas for the extra space, but I'm surprising him this time with CR Tower Club. I want to buy him a couple of great CR souvenirs to have waiting when we check in, but I need some ideas. What kind of CR souvenirs have you seen or bought?

THey have a replica of the monorail with the contemporary resort you attach to it. Its real nice, I bought it last year. You can also have the CR mug in the room along with a CR t'shirt. THey sell all this in the gift shops at the resort.

You can go to the Food 'N Fun Center just to the right and back of the front desk and get your refillable mugs - they change the design every now and then, but always say "contemporary" with a cool design - we always get the mugs and they bring smiles to our faces when back home.

In the gift shop Fantasia, we bought key chains,
on sale at $3 each. They have the fab 4 zooming
along on the monorail.
They come with your name on it - or 'best friend',
best buddy', 'grandpa', 'dad', etc...

It was a great gift for my kids friends back home.
And easy to pack in a suitcase.


Not elaborate- but a good 'stocking stuffer'.

I agree the monorial replica is a great idea as well as the cups. I still have mine from 3 years ago. Whenever I use it, it reminds me of the great vacation we had!

My husband collects shot glasses and has one from every hotel we've stayed in. The one's from the Contemporary are very nice, a little differently shaped than normal shot glasses... the one from the Poly is also very nice, BTW...

I don't know if this would be for him or for you..... But at the Christmas Store in MK they have beautiful xmas ornaments with a picture of the hotel on it and it says "2003". I love dated ornaments and this was a very classy one. I got the Poly a few weeks ago. What's nice about this dated ornament is that it will always remind you of the hotel you stayed at - not just your trip to Disney that year. It was $20.00.

There is a cool pin you can buy. The top part is an image of the hotel and the bottom (which hangs down) is the monorail. It says established in 1971.

I collect pins and had to get this one.
