I Need Help!!!

I have never gone for free dining before and don't have a clue about when it is, what can I expect for heat and crowds, and how hard is it to book?

We want to plan a Grand Gathering with 3 families of 4 each. One of the families would like to go during free dining. We are the token Disney family and will likely be doing all the planning and others look to us for advice. But I don't have a clue about this one!

I do know that we will need to get together soon and start planning though if we are going to go. I would like to know what I am talking about before I schedule this meeting.

Last year free dining was at end of August until end of September. The booking started like in second week of April last year. So far they offered it 3 yrs in the row (I believe), but who's to say if it will be available this year. But if anything, I'm sure you'll hear some rummors around here beforehand. Good luck.
