I need help with Signature Restaurants on the DDp

We will have an extra TS credit, since we arrive late on our first day.
We're not heavy breakfast eaters, so this is best way for us to use the extra TS credit.
I am torn between Narcoose's and Jiko...I want to be sure that the food isn't super-tiny portions, and that it will fill my husband up... I also need to be sure that the African-infused flavors of Jiko aren't so strong that we won't enjoy them.

Also, since we are on the DDP, do we get a side at Narcoose's or is everything a'lacarte?

Any help would be great!

Both are excellent. If you have any interest in the whole lobster or surf and turf narcoossees will give you the best bang for your buck. And the almond crusted cheesecake is so amazing. I had the whole lobster years ago and it came with some sort of potatoes and vegetable I think.

But jiko is great too. I would go with narcoossees, but if jiko is more convenient, that's a good choice too.

I like both of them. For me, it would depend upon where I was staying and what park I was visiting that day. One thing about Narcoossees is that if you time your reservation correctly, you can see wishes from the restaurant. They lower the lights and pipe in the music. They also have a deck to view from.

We prefer Narcoossee's and as mentioned, some of the meals provide the best value. You'll get a side and you can change it to anything they have. You will not get a salad unless you're on the Dlx plan and use the appy for a salad. You can order extra sides if you like. My wife and I always get the surf and turf splitting it and find it quite filling with a salad or appy added. Remember you also get a dessert. Even if it was A la carte you'd still be able to order a full meal under the DP. I'd suggest you look at the menu's here or on allears.net if you haven't already.

I'm going to add California Grill or Le Cellier into the mix.... however they are very tricky reservations to get at times.
