I Need Help!!! Some advice please...

What do you do if a guy likes you but you don't like him because he's really weird? And he sits right in front of you and always turns around and takes your stuff and tries to be cute but it is just NOT working? And you don't want to be rude, but you really want him to stop? HELP!
