RIGHT NOW WE HAVE RESERVATIONS AT BOTH POP AND CYPRESS POINT FOR OUR JUNE TRIP.I HAVE TO SEND THE DEPOSIT $ TO DISNEY IN THE MORNING IF I WANT TO KEEP MY POP RESSIE. ALL OTHER DEBATES ASIDE ABOUT ONSITE v OFFSITE,I AM ONLY CONCERNED WITH EMH BENEFITS.I'VE NEVER BEEN IN JUNE(16TH-23)AND AM CONCERNED WITH CROWDS(USUALLY GO PRES.WEEK OR APRIL)WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH THE NEW EMH?Are pm emh really crowded? I was all set to stay offsite and spend the extra on character meals etc. Staying onsite will double our hotel budget, which is okay if the emh is a great benefit. We are morning people and have no problem making it to am emh. Also,my youngest is 8 yo,we are used to commando touring and I am already planning afternoon naps so..what would you do? (I really don't care about the "magic" of staying on property and we have a car, also)PLEASE HELP!!! :confused3

Hi,
We've always taken advantage of the EME. We've gone in August both times. The crowds were not bad at all. Actually, now that I think about it...I don't think they had the EME when we went the 2nd time. We got in a *little* early because we had an early CRT ressie and was finished. That time we actually got to ride Pooh Adventure w/ Pooh!! The first time, we took advantage often of EME, our dd's were 5 1/2 then, so we would go in early stay until around 11ish. Left the park when it got super hot, napped, hung by the pool, then went back late afternoon. It worked really well for us. Again, the crowds weren't bad at all, and we had pretty much finished Fantasy Land and done a couple of trips on Buzz.
Good Luck!
Cheryl

Just realized you were asking about the *new* Em..hope my info helps anyway!

duck adoo,

When in August have you gone? The begining or end? I am curious how early morning emh was then.

Thanks in advance.

Just the idea of staying onsite is enough for me. EMH is a good reason to stay on site plus if a park gets crowded only onsite people can enter the park.h

Hi Pedler,
We went once at the end of August and once around the 2nd week. The end of August we were there over Labor Day Weekend. That Saturday was the only day it was really *too* crowded. We actually left MK and wend to DD. Other than that the crowds were very manageable. I believe most of the South goes back to school at the beginning of Aug, so the crowds ease back a bit.
Hope that helps :cool1:
Cheryl
