DD6 is having a birthday party in 3 weeks. (she is inviting all the little girls in her class so no one would get her feelings hurt....) We need ideas for crafts, games or fun things to do for the party.

DD is sending out invitations that will read they are invited to a Royal Gala and each little girl can come dressed as her favorite fairy or Princess (or use our dress up clothes) When the girls come in we are going to take a pic of each in her princess outfit and then one pic of all the princesses/fairies together. DH will print out a copy for each and I will help the girls make the frame. (Pretty girley frames) That is the extent of my ideas..I am at a loss!!!

ANyone have any other ideas for this party. DDs older brothers and sister have always had pretty great parties and we want to make this one special for her! I appreciate any help! Thanks in advance!

My niece had a tinkerbell party.
They did some pirate games since there were boys there.
Also, they each got a treasure chest (a shoebox covered in brown paper) and decorated it, and instead of lootbags they got different stuff to put in it.

My other niece also had a tinkerbell party.
She turned 3.
They decorated wings and also followed a treasure map to get stuff. The treasure map was a big hit.

Also, for my older niece - when she turned 6 Tinkerbell left her a treasure map and in the tree was a purse full of "gold coins" (loonies - or canadian $1 coins). And then she went to the Disney Store to redeem her gold coins. It was pretty adorable because she told the CM at the Disney Store that Tinkerbell had left her the gold coins, and the CM TOTALLY played along, and told her that she knew because Tinkerbell had told them to expect her.

My daughter just had a princess party and one game that was a big hit with all the children (boys and girls and babies) was an egg hunt-like game themed for Snow White. I bought a self-stick apple notepad at a teacher's store and stuck them all over my house before the party. I drew a green worm on a few of them. When we played the game I told the children that Snow White was going apple picking, but some of the apples were poisonous and they had to find all the apples with the worms before Snow White could take a bite. They went around and found the apples and then we all sat on the floor and counted out how many they found.
I gave a prize (lollipop) for each apple with a worm, and also to the child who found the most apples and to the one who found the least.
You could use this same idea only change it to fit in with your theme. Maybe Tinkerbell needs flowers/ ladybugs, etc. There are so many styles of notepads to choose from.
The children enjoyed this so much they wanted to play again - but we didn't because hiding them everywhere again would have been tricky with all the kids there!

My daughter had a Tink party a few years ago. I printed a pic of tink from my computer and took it to staples and had it blown up and laminated. Then we scanned and cropped the same pic at home, but took out everything but the wings. We then printed the wings on the specialty sticker paper they sell and we instantly had a party game. Pin the wings on tink was a hit with everyone, because it was something no one had ever seen.

We also had a treasure hunt to find "tink's treasure" and each child left with a little bit of pixie dust, which was nothing more than irridescent glitter wrapped in colored platic (we cut pieces from different colored plastic table cloths) and tied with a ribbon. There were instructions that said something about doing something good for others and then could sprinkle the pixie dust and make a wish for something for themselves. The kids had so much fun and the parents called me for weeks after to tell me what their kids had done to "earn" the right to sprinkle the pixie dust. All in all it was a fun time.
