I need help in the registration process of Star Spangle Event

We are first timers

We got the form for the pin event. filled it out and faxed it with our infor including credit card.

were we surpose to fill in the pins that we wanted too!!!

Didn't under stand what to do. We really wnat to go. But want to make sure that we will attend before making arragements with plane and hotels.

Need advice.

Yes Cathy. Most of us are waiting for the release of the pictures of the pins and their number. You choose the number of the pin by which pin you want the most to the pin you want the lease. Hopefully today we will know which pin is which number. I didn't want to fax my form without it. I didn't want any confusion. There's another post on this board with some info on it. I'm hoping to get half of my request, but am really anxious about getting none of my request. We actually were already going before this, so this is icing on the cake for us. So maybe today, but I think diffinently by monday.
 
It does say on the form "This event fee is non-refundable after June 21st. We request that all changed be submitted by that date." Obviously they anticipate people changing their choice order or quantity, or deciding they want a pin they previously said they didn't want.

Cathy, you could call the number on the form tomorrow and find out the best way. Maybe once you're in the system, you can refax the form with your pin order and write on the form "Amended form with pin order, already registered."

DW Lauri has the brochure with the pin info but she's at WDW 800 miles away and already in the parks with the brochure at her room. I'll be happy to pass along any info she gives me later. :)
 
Since we already faxed it with out the pins we did not check "I will not be placing a pin order.

My Husband will on on Monday stating our mistake and hopefull they will under stand. !!!

Yes please let us know what the pins # are we would love to attend this event because we love partiotic themes.

I'll be waiting to hear. Do you think we can start making arrangements for our plane and hotel now???

Okay, I talked to Lauri and got this info.

There are 6 choices listed on the form INCLUDING the AC pin. The Mickey & Minnie "Land of the Free, Home of the Brave" pins are a two-pin set (and I think she said it's $30 for the two musical lightup pins). Yes, I know the order form has space for 7 choices, but they must be using a generic form and just change the event name, dates, etc.

Anyway, here are the pins and the pin numbers --

1 Minuteman Goofy
2 Donald at the Boston Tea Party
3 Pluto at Plymouth Rock
4 Mickey and Minnie "Land of the Free Home of the Brave" set.
5 Daisy "Betsy Ross"

She said the Mickey/USA flag Artist Choice pin didn't have a number, but would assume it's #6. I'm filling out my form and marking that one "6 / AC pin".

Just put the pins down in that order???? I will fax them out today again and have my husband call tomorrow about our mistake.

I will put down Amended

You don't have to put them down in that particular order. The number I listed is what is put in the Pin Number column, and you put them in the order of your preference. For example, the Donald is my first choice, but that's pin #2.

A hint, though. The AC is LE 3500 but the others are LE 1500. Since there are more of the AC pin, everyone has a chance of getting that one. I put that one as one of my last choices to help my chances with the others.

BTW, I just saw that dizneypins.com has pictures up, and they DO look good!!

Well mine are all faxed. I am still trying to talk family into going so if you contacted me about proxy and I haven't gotten back to you I will let you know ASAP. I assigned family to the first 4 people who contacted me. Peggie
 
ALL THE WORRIES IS ALITTLE EASED OFF. NOW TO CALL ON MONDAY TO VERIFY OUR REGISTRATION SINCE WE MESSED UP.

BUT HOPEFULLY CAN BE RESOLVED. WE GOT A ROOM.......!!!!

NOW PLANE TICKETS. SO MUCH$$$ ANOTHER OPTION IS DRIVING 18 HRS.

I made changes to my RSP form after I'd submitted it for the AK Event. (Needed to help daber out.) Guest Services were very helpful an indicated that all I had to do was fax in a duplicate of my original rsp with the changes on it and mark it "Duplication - change in pin order." It worked out great, just ask daber.
