I need help from all of the Food Masters here

We are working on our November/December trip to the BC. DH and I have been going for YEARS - couple of times a year. While there we always meet with two of my friends - retired from DCL.

Here is the challenge -

We meet for breakfast or early lunch....one of my friends LOVES Eggs Benny.

We have fallen into a rut - we always go back to the places we love or enjoy.....Kona,"Why do they call it WHISPERING canyon cafe", Boma, Cape May (we are EPCOT resort people)...etc.

Can you help us find something new. The ladies CAN go into the parks but since they are in their late 70's we generally dine someplace easy to access. Late breakfast, early lunch, not crazy expensive, someplace where we can settle down for a good visit - with good food.

Someone had mentioned Olivia's to us....any other ideas. We would love to try something different so I thought I would ask the experts!

The Wave at the Contemporary ain't too bad, not exciting, but good and cheap. Wolfgang Pucks down at the Marketplace and of course Raglin Road! Haven't tried Cat Cora's yet over your way.

If you can get over the distracting atmosphere, I've actually enjoyed a few breakfasts at the Rainforest Café, and yes, eggs Benedict is on the menu. Also, I haven't tried the Grand Floridian Café but I think their breakfast menu looks divine.

I HIGHLY recommend Kouzzina on the boardwalk. We ate breakfast here twice last trip, and it was great. Plan on returning this december. Here's a link to their menu

While not eaten there in years (so maybe someone else say if this rec is good) -

Grand Floridian Cafe? I just checked the menu on Allears and they do have Eggs Benedict as well

I reccommend the Captain's Grille at the YC. It is a GREAT place for breakfast. We ate here in May on our last morning prior to catching ME to the airport. (We stayed at BC) We had a late breakfast "brunch" because I wanted the kids to eat well before flying. (I think it was around 10:45) We all LOVED it! (3 kids age 7, 9, 9), DH, and myself. You can order off the menu or have the buffet. Eggs Bennedict is on the buffet (and the menu, too, I think). It was quiet (no characters) and we had great service. Our server also mentioned that if you order the buffet, they will make you eggs cooked to order if you want.

We will be going back in Dec. (SHHH--surprise Christmas trip for the kids!!) It actually prompted us to stay at YC for this upcoming trip. We all loved the lobby and it seemed calmer than BC, but with all the benefits being close to Epcot and DHS and getting to swim in SAB.

Oh my thank you for the GREAT ideas......new ones we have not tried.

These ladies were at our wedding in Alaska (Radiance of the Seas in Juneau)..and are very special to us. Taking them to lunch is a special time in each WDW holiday. DH loves his "table of ladies".....we nibble, chat, catch up, laugh and these are great new ideas!

I HIGHLY recommend the Grand Floridian Cafe! It is a true girlie place your ladies will absolutely love. For a late bkfst, early or late lunch, it is always quite. Everything on the menu is delightful!

I too was thinking the GF Cafe and their eggs benny. Not sure if that is the one that has lobster too or not. But one of the GF places do have lobster on their eggs benny. (if your friend likes lobster)

The Wave at the Contemporary would be my first suggestion! It's new, fresh, and serves excellent food. Not sure about the eggs benedict, but I'm positive you guys will find something to enjoy there!

PS: during our last trip, we dropped our second Le Cellier ressie so we could dine at The Wave a second time that trip! So good!

Oh boy - thank you again.

We have been looking at Menus on AllEars tonight....GF Cafe has scooted to #1 -- ok, we will probably try the Wave - Koozina will be close to us at the Beach Club.

Normally we only make 1 reservation a day.....we may have to double up now.
